Boomerang
Increasing the employability of young people based on the gamification method (Youth Exchange)
Boomerang was a 10-day Youth Exchange where participants reflected and learned through playing games. The Youth Exchange happened from the 21 to 29 of October 2021, when 40 young people from 8 different countries came together at the Hopeland venue to learn about the labor market through games.
The project focused on the following activities: Creating an international community formed by 40 like-minded people; Doing various outdoor session that supports the participants in understanding what they are searching for in labor market; Boosting the competences useful for job hunting; Playing and creating educational games in an informal setting; and Living an unforgettable international experience in the Hopeland eco-center.
The participants got richer, more inspired, and more confident about the future steps of their career.
