This Seminar, led by @vibria.intercultural aims to establish a robust network of ESC coordinating organizations, make ESC projects and facilities known to partners, and instill confidence in future ESC volunteers.
During the project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅Establish a robust network of ESC coordinating organizations,
✅Exchange best practices and address common challenges,
✅Create protocols for enhancing the volunteer experience in terms of preparation, support, and impact on participants' lives and projects.
•youth worker, NGO leader, a coordinator, tutor or mentor of ESC volunteers with a strong knowledge of Erasmus+ and a long experience in the development of the ESC programme
