What happens after a professional dance career ends?
We are entering the research phase of STEP, Support Transition & Empower Performers, and we are looking for professional dancers who work, or have worked, in Greece to join our focus groups.
Through these 90-minute sessions, we want to hear real experiences around career transition, support, barriers, and future needs in the dance field.
Your voice will help shape the STEP Transition Framework and future policy recommendations for stronger support systems for dancers across Europe.
