Day 4 | USING THEATRE AND EXPRESSION
Today we continued exploring the body and the different ways it can become part of our communication and expression through theatre.
Through different exercises, participants explored theatre using their bodies, movement, and the objects around them, playing with each other and creating narratives to express themselves.
Theatre became a way to experiment with new ideas, letting movement guide what came next and allowing participants to be guided by the unknown. It can be a way to unlock creativity and explore complex ideas, such as technological advancements and government oversight.
Today was about experimenting with theatre and its potential to create spaces for expression, both in creative spaces and in youth work.
