Day 3 | BEYOND SCREENS
Today we started exploring what happens when we let go of our fears of being seen and find different ways of connecting and communicating through words and movement.
Through body mapping, participants explored tensions in their bodies and transformed them into drawings on paper.
In the afternoon, everyone started from a single word, turning it into a movement and eventually a story through improvisation.
The stories then became more personal, as participants shared experiences from their own lives and listened to the experiences of others.
The group then came together to recreate some of the stories that had been shared, bringing them back through movement, performance and collective imagination.
Today was about finding different ways to express, communicate and connect, while exploring how these approaches can also be applied in youth work.
