It Starts With Me!
Training Course for disable trainers and trainers-to-be (KA2 Project)
“It Starts With Me” is aimed at training and empowering educators with disabilities – made by educators with disabilities.
This project wants to highlight the challenges, needs and potential of people with disabilities, offering them the tools and knowledge to develop professionally as youth workers, but also personally.
In the 2 years of the project, it seeks to train people with disabilities from all over Europe, map accessibility barriers in various spaces, build a network of support and cooperation between educators with disabilities and without disabilities, implement the accessibility practices that emerge in our education, and create an inclusive, supportive and accessible platform, built by and for people with disabilities.

Online Interactive Questionnaire
For young people with dissabilities, allowing us to better understand their needs and how to support them through our activities.
Local Workshops Development
Offline events designed with the collaboration with our target groups and the data collected from the questionnaire.
Educational Meetings with Target Groups
Increasing the reach of our project results by directly reaching out to our target groups, raising inclusion and eliminating barriers.
Booklet and film Creation
Using the methodology implemented during the project, we have developed a booklet and a video to be housed online for increased accessibility.
Offline Dissemination Campaign
An offline campaign consisting of 12 events held locally by our partners across Europe, bringing the results of the project to as many young people as possible.
