CONFLUENCE
Implementing Sociocracy 3.0 in NGOs
Confluence aims to enhance the organizational capacity of youth- focused NGOs by introducing Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0) as an internal organizational system. The project aims to enhance decision-making, collaboration, and organizational processes within these NGOs, ultimately empowering youth workers, volunteers, and facilitators to more effectively support marginalized and vulnerable youth.

NGO Research and Need Analysis Infograph
An extensive research implemented internally by all partners – comprising NGOs in Greece, North Macedonia, Romania and the Netherlands. During this research surveys, focus groups, intervies, were conducted with more than 20+ staff members giving feedback. The result was a series of Infographs representing the collected data.
S3.0 Training Course for Third Sector workers
12 staff members, 3 per partner organization came together in Brasov, Romania to learn through experiential methods about S3.0 – implementing simulative examples and case studies.Â
S3.0 Digital Kit
This resource was designed for NGOs, youth workers, and changemakers who want to explore inclusive decision-making, role clarity, and effective collaboration using the Sociocracy 3.0 (S3.0) method. It includes case studies, templates and tools like ‘Driver Mapping’ and ‘Decision Making’.
Local Workshops
Each partner held two workshops, for a totala of 8 across the EU, where staff members, youth workers and other Third Sector workers had the opportunity to learn about S3.0 from the fresh practicioners of the methodology and get acquinted with the Digital Kit.
