Up Next is an advanced training on improving professional skills related to non-formal education and the facilitation of non-formal learning programs. The training aims at engaging youth workers into developing their facilitation skills, as well as designing and implementing their own activities and programs that work, building on their current learning needs.
Key Dates
First week of March. Zoom call with all participants, information call and preparation on the training;
NEW DATES: Arrival from 22 may at 17.00, start of the training 23 May at 19.30.
end of the training 29 May at 18.00, departure day 30 may 2026.
Travel Reimbursement,
The participant gets the full travel reimbursement, no matter how much they spent.
The Dutch National agency is very open on when to travel.
The distance counts from the official address of the partner organisation to the venue (Olde Vechte, Ommen, the Netherlands).
Participation Fee
There is a training fee of 75€. The training fee is deducted directly from the travel reimbursement

In this training you are going to:
• improve your professional skills related to non-formal education and the facilitation of non-formal learning programs;
• apply non-boring training approach;
• work on how to be good I'm front of the group;
• see how to handle individual participants;
• design multiple days programs that work;
• work on how to create output with your program;
• polish the project design and method that work.
The target group of the project are young youth workers active within the partners' organisations, who after the training will engage in organising learning events on a local level.
