This Youth Exchange, led by Die VILLA aim is to empower young people to discover and develop their personal and professional potential through reflection, skill-building, and intercultural learning.
During this project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Foster self-awareness & identify their strengths,values, and aspirations,
✅ Develop key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership,
✅ Increase your confidence in presenting yourselves, your ideas, and your experiences,
✅ Gather practical knowledge on CV creation, motivation letters, and public speaking.
• Between 18 and 23 years old at the time of the first program day
• Available for the entire duration of the program
• Resident of one of the partner countries
• Motivated to actively participate in all activities
• Understand and communicate in English (B2 recommended)
