Hosted by CRISP e.V., the training will bring together 25 youth workers from Greece, Germany, Portugal, and the Czech Republic. Participants will explore tools such as:
The Ideathon method, a structured, intensive co-creation process
Simulation games for civic participation and decision-making
Creative strategies like VR, storytelling, photovoice, and gamification
Participants will return ready to support local and international youth actions in Greece, including two major ideathon events.
The Go Viral! project aims to empower youth workers across Europe to support young people in addressing hate speech and discrimination through creative and participatory tools.
Key objectives include:
Strengthening the skills of youth workers in facilitation, ideathon methods, and digital storytelling
Promoting inclusive, youth-led initiatives through local and international ideathons
Building a European community of practice that uses innovation and gamification for social impact
Co-creating a public toolkit and campaign guide to support future youth-led action
We are looking for 5 youth workers who are:
Based in Thessaloniki or nearby
Well-connected to the student/university community
Experienced in facilitating events, youth work, or workshops
Interested in non-formal education, civic engagement, and creative campaigning
Available for:
The Berlin training: 4–7 August 2025
The Local Ideathon in autumn 2025
The International Ideathon in March 2026
Open to collaboration with ROES on the long-term project flow
