The training creates a reflective and experiential learning space where participants explore self-awareness, advanced group processes, and authentic presence in training contexts. Instead of focusing only on methods and tools, TAT emphasizes awareness, role clarity, and meaningful learning transfer into daily youth work practice.
Through experiential learning, peer exchange, and guided reflection, participants will work with real situations from their own professional contexts and strengthen their capacity to facilitate learning with depth and confidence.

This training is designed for:
Youth workers, trainers, facilitators, and educators active in non-formal learning
Participants aged 18+
Individuals with intermediate to advanced experience in training or facilitation
Former Training of Trainers participants or professionals with prior training experience
Participants with good working knowledge of English
Individuals willing to engage in intensive, reflective, and experiential learning processes
The course is particularly suitable for those who want to move beyond technical training design and explore deeper aspects of facilitation, presence, and group process awareness.
