This Youth Exchange, led by Synergy Bulgaria is a unique 7 day immersive experience for empowering young individuals to express themselves confidently and effectively, and boosting their communication and social skills while exploring various forms of stages arts, including theatre, dance and music.
During the project you will explore ways to:
✅Discover the power of stage arts as a tool for effective communication.
✅Take a break from the digital world by immersing yourself in nature.
✅Build emotional intelligence and empathy for better interpersonal connections.
• 18-30 year old.
• Want to improve your verbal and non-verbal communication skills and practice different styles of stage arts and stage arts-based methodologies.
• Want to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with yourself and nature, through camping and outdoor activities.
• Find it difficult to get employed, to sustain your living, to create social connections, to be included in a new society and to express your needs or feelings.
