This training course, led by Egyesek Association, is a 9-day personal development training course based on principles of care, creativity, accountability and efficiency. This unique experience provides a supportive space to reflect, explore, and take action toward your goals.

During this Training you will have the chance to:
Reflect on your mindset: attitudes, values, and beliefs.
Realize how your mindset influences your behaviors, your working relationships & your results.
Acquire models and tools to align yourself with your core values, while being more inclusive towards others.

•At l east 18 years and able to communicate easily in English.
•Working or volunteering as staff members of youth organizations, mentors, youth leaders, and educators for at least 6 months
•Willing to take part on a challenging program towards self-reflection, to question your first reaction, to take action and to learn something new.
•Fully willing and able to take part in an intensive program with long working hours, with an unconventional approach that might not work for everyone.
