This training course, led by MO(ve)MENT, is about reframing challenges as opportunities for growth. Through fostering self-awareness, embracing unpredictability and meeting curiosity, this project dives into interpersonal processes, as well as expands your creative toolbox for leading groups and youth activities.
• Youth worker, educator, social worker, trainer, facilitator or a person working with people, especially youth
• Aged 18 and above
• Opened to learn, to experience, and to gain new perspectives on working with youth
• Able to fluently communicate in English
• Resident of one of these countries: Latvia, Italy, Estonia, Spain, Greece, Netherlands, Romania
• Willing to fully commit to the program of the project by actively participating in the activities and processes before, during, and after the project
