• Explore movement, theatre and body-based methods in youth work.
• Strengthen communication, trust, creativity and self-expression through non-formal education.
• Equip participants with practical tools such as body language, forum theatre, storytelling without words and creative group work.
• Design, test and improve workshops that can be implemented in participants' local communities.
• Encourage participants to organise at least one follow-up local activity after the training.

• Residents of Greece, Cyprus, Finland, Latvia, Italy, Spain, Hungary or France.
• Youth workers, facilitators, volunteers, educators, mentors or community organisers.
• Interested in creative, body-based or theatre-inspired approaches.
• Working with young people who may experience exclusion, disconnection or barriers to participation.
• Curious, open-minded and ready for active participation.
• Willing to live in a shared learning community and transfer the learning back home.
• No dance or theatre experience is required.
