Spend a month in Riga, Latvia, and become an essential part of the Active Rainbow team. Contribute to LGBTQIA+/queer activism, artistic expression, and community-building while actively participating in Riga Pride 2025. This edition marks the 20th anniversary of the first Riga Pride, making it a special year to celebrate and advocate for LGBTQIA+ human rights. Volunteers will engage in event organization, social media, audiovisual content creation, and curating the "Queer Museum 2075" exhibition.

• Experience firsthand how Riga Pride is organized.
• Support the sustainability of LGBTQIA+ community building in Latvia.
• Contribute to the artistic "Queer Museum 2075" project.
• Develop skills in media, activism, and event coordination.
• Strengthen intercultural understanding and solidarity.

• 18-30 years old (not older than 31 on June 3, 2025).
• LGBTQIA+/Queer person or ally from an Erasmus+ / ESC program country.
• Passionate about activism, community building, and creative expression.
• Eager to take initiative and contribute to the project.
• Able to communicate in English and work in a diverse team.
• Preferably interested in arts, media, or social content creation (photography, filmmaking, podcasting, social media).
