“Potencial Unlocked” is a 6-day Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that brings together young people from different European countries in an international learning environment. Through workshops, interactive activities, and intercultural exchange, participants will explore their strengths, improve essential life skills, and gain tools to support their personal and professional development.
To empower young people to develop key soft skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. The project also aims to strengthen participants’ self-confidence, support personal reflection on values and goals, and provide practical tools for employability like CV writing and self-presentation.
Young people aged 18+ from Germany, Greece, Latvia, and Spain who are motivated to develop themselves and actively participate in a group learning experience. Participants should be open-minded, willing to step out of their comfort zone, communicate in English, and engage in intercultural teamwork and reflection activities. No prior experience is required.
