LEVEL UP: Grow your Sustainable Organisation is a highly experiential and collaborative Training Course where participants work with real organisations and tangible case studies. Each youth worker brings a case study, either their own organisation or a project they are involved in, and we work together on the challenges that come with growth.

The training combines personal development, organisational reflection, sustainability and systems change, entrepreneurship and management, plus practical workshops focused on solving real strategic issues. The programme also includes a short digital detox at the beginning, wellness options, and a follow-up phase where participants implement their action plans and share learning locally.

The Training Course takes place in Xiropigado, Arcadia (Greece), hosted at the Sunset Hotel, a family-run local business by the sea, supporting the local economy while building a community learning experience.

Support youth workers to grow existing projects or organisations and overcome common growth challenges.

Strengthen organisations to become economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable through practical tools and systems thinking.

Build participants’ capacity in sustainability, outreach (sales, proposal writing, funding), and management using real case studies.

Enable each participant to develop a clear action plan for the next steps of their organisation and create promotional videos to support outreach.

This programme is for you if you are:

18+ and based in: Greece, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Estonia, Lithuania, Spain, Hungary, Latvia, Portugal.

Already involved in an NGO, start-up, organisation, small business, or project that has been active for at least 6 months.

Ready for an all-day, demanding, hands-on Training Course, focused on real work and real challenges.

Motivated to grow personally and professionally, with a can-do attitude, creativity, and willingness to support others.

Interested in sustainability, entrepreneurship, outreach, and management, and in learning inside a sustainable community setting.

Ideally (but not required), you have participated in New Sprouts: Start Your Sustainable Organisation, and we also welcome participants with fewer opportunities to access this type of international training.
