Synergy Bulgaria is a Sofia-based NGO helping young people grow personally and professionally through local and international projects. Their ESC opportunity “L.E.A.D.” offers roles in social media management and visual content creation. Volunteers will support projects on youth leadership, entrepreneurship, and mental well-being, while developing their own personal project.
• Support young people in developing their potential
• Actively engage volunteers in Synergy’s programs and community
• Offer mentorship and learning space for personal projects
• Promote creativity and proactivity through hands-on roles
• 18-27 years old
• From EU countries or Ukraine
• Speaks English
• Interested in social media or photography/videography
• Motivated, adaptable, and committed for 4 months
• Ready to start ASAP
