Lead-Off is a 7-day youth exchange, created by young people for young people. We aim to come together to empower participants by fostering an international community where we can freely express ourselves, develop essential competences, and adopt attitudes that support us in becoming more inclusive, culturally aware, confident, and equipped with skills and positive mindsets that enhance our value in the labor market.

✅ Outdoor exploration around the beautiful nature of our venue,
✅ Breaking barriers and stereotypes towards different social groups,

✅ Explore your values and attitudes through reflection and reality aknowledgment.
