L.E.A.D. is created for young people, ready to grow personally and professionally through active involvement in local and international youth work projects. Volunteers co-create, develop their talents, and contribute to projects with full support. Roles include Social Media Manager, Project/Event Manager, or Photographer/Videographer and more, depending on the position.
• Support Synergy’s projects and events
• Gain hands-on experience in youth work, event planning, and digital media
• Develop a personal project
• Enhance skills in a multicultural team
• Get mentored and receive continuous learning support
• Aged 18–27
• From EU countries or Ukraine
• Speaks English
• Interested in project management, photography/videography or SMM
• Flexible, proactive and committed for 10 months
