This Youth Exchange, led by Friends of Romanian Children, is a 7-day experience focused on exploring what it means to belong in a community. Through embodied learning, play, and reflection, participants will discover how individual identities come together to form a meaningful “we.” The process will be co-created, encouraging care, connection, and authentic expression in a safe and supportive group setting.
During this project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Understand how a sense of belonging influences personal well-being and group dynamics.
✅ Practice embodied and sensory-based tools for connection, co-creation, and group awareness.
✅ Explore how individual identity contributes to the creation and evolution of a community.
• 18-30 years old
• Young people interested in self-development, emotional awareness, and exploring how communities are
created and sustained.
• Willing to live simply in a rural Romanian village, surrounded by nature, with limited comfort and no nearby
shops.
