EnCourage4 is a 10-day action-oriented Youth Exchange, by Ideen3, aiming at mobility and social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. Through a variety of activities embedded in the archetypal story pattern of “The Hero's Journey”, participants will have the opportunity to create a vision for their personal Hero's Journey - their own path in life.

In this project you will get the chance to:
✅ Confront your resistances,
✅ Uncover your strengths,
✅ Embrace personal growth.

• You are aged 18 - 30 years old,
• You have a passion for personal development and storytelling,
• You are willing and able to participate fully in all phases of the project,
• You love the outdoors and embrace the magic of nature,
• You’re eager to confront your resistances, uncover your strengths, and embrace personal growth,
• You enjoy thinking outside the box and embracing creative solutions to life’s challenges,
• You have preferably no or little experiences abroad,
• You’re eager to contribute to a supportive, collaborative group environment,
• You are from Germany, The Netherlands, Greece, Romania, Italy, France, Bulgaria,
• You're able to understand and speak basic English.
