Learning opportunities

During this project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Explore self-reflection, non-formal education, and embodied learning,
✅ Improve soft and social (life) skills through games, activities, practical tasks and self-care practices,
✅ Emphasize the creation of a sense of community,
✅ Enhance team dynamics and collaboration.

Group Leader's profile:

• age 18+ (can be older than 30 years old)
• experience in youth work, working with and for young people (in organisation or volunteering), active in your organization and/or local community
• able to work in fluent English
• enthusiastic, supportive, and willing to take initiative and encourage others, open-minded, open-hearted
• ready to fully participate in all project phases (prep + PV + YE + follow-up)
• resident of one of these countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, the Netherlands, Greece
• preferably previous experience in one of the Navigating Chaos PDAs (optional)

Participant's profile:

• age 18-25*
• active within your organization and/or local community
• able to work in fluent English
• motivated to create learning opportunities for yourself and others
• open-minded, open-hearted, dedicated, comfortable sharing insights with others
• ready to fully participate in all project phases (prep + LE + follow-up)
• resident of one of these countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, the Netherlands, Greece
