DESIRE is a unique Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that combines gender studies, body movement, and non-formal education to create a transformative experience. Over nine days, participants will explore self-expression, identity, and inclusivity through creative movement, physical theater, and dialogue.

• Gain confidence in expressing yourself through non-verbal communication, body movement, and creative arts.
• Understand different perspectives on gender equality and challenge gender-based stereotypes.
• Relearn to listen to your body, fostering an authentic connection with yourself and others.
• Explore the mind-body-emotion connection through dynamic exercises and immersive experiences.
• Create an inclusive space for expression, dialogue, and empowerment.

• Aged 18-30 (no upper age limit for group leaders).
• Open to LGBTQIA+ individuals and those facing economic, social, or cultural challenges.
• Interested in gender equality, self-expression, and performing arts.
• Basic English communication skills.
• From Greece, Italy, Latvia, Romania, Czechia, Bulgaria, or Spain.
• No prior dance experience required! Just a willingness to engage and express yourself.
