This Training Course is designed to enhance trainers' ability to connect various elements of non-formal education, elevate their training and facilitation skills, improve communication skills, and fully engage in experiential learning. If you want to master your trainer’s skills while connecting all elements and resources of a learning process in order to efficiently apply your methods in different contexts, this is definetely a chance you shouldn't miss!

In this training you will find support in order to:
✅ Become a resourceful trainer,
✅ Develop your skills, knowledge, attitudes and behaviours regarding traineeship,
✅Support a better understanding on interconnections between different elements of non-formal education,
✅Raise awareness of youth workers and trainers’ own styles with their strengths and weaknesses,
✅Develop communication and presentational skills; attitude towards flexibility, ability to handle crisis.

• 18+ years old
• Able to clearly communicate in English (intermediate level)
• Residents of Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Spain
• Youth workers, youth leaders, trainers, facilitators, non-formal educators, staff members, people who carry out educational programs or work with groups of young people
• Wish to expand their practice or career to include new skills and attitudes in personal development, communication, peacebuilding, conflict management and coaching.
• Want to elevate their performance in youth work and training.
