Democratic school CoLibri, founded by parents in 2018, is a child-led learning community where there are no fixed lessons or curriculum. As a volunteer, your role will be to support, inspire, and engage, not to teach in the traditional sense. You’ll contribute to a multilingual, respectful environment where every voice matters and daily decisions are made collectively. It's a chance to experience real community, meaningful responsibility, and alternative education in action.

• Support child-led learning in a democratic school environment.
• Promote intercultural exchange through language and shared experiences.
• Design and implement creative activities based on the volunteer’s own interests and skills.
• Participate in daily school life, including meetings, expeditions, and free play.
• Collaborate with staff during weekly team reflections and planning sessions.
• Engage with the broader community and visit other democratic schools in Czechia.

• Aged 18–30 years
• Enjoys spending time with children and is open to alternative, child-led education.
• Communicates comfortably in English and is open to using other languages.
• Curious, proactive, and respectful of individual learning styles.
• Willing to contribute their own skills and creativity to the school environment.
