The program takes place in and around the Outward Bound Romania Youth Center in the Carpathian Mountains and is based on experiential learning through nature.
Almost all activities are facilitated outdoors and include expedition-based learning, team processes, solo reflection, and personal development sessions. Participants are invited to face real challenges that stimulate self-awareness, self-image, inclusion, and group perspective.
The course combines physical activity, reflection, and feedback in a supportive environment, encouraging participants to explore authenticity, balance, and growth through direct experience.
The objective of Authentic Man is to support men in exploring authenticity, balance, and personal responsibility through real experiences in nature.
The training course aims to create meaningful learning through physical and psychological challenges, helping participants gain insight into their potential, manage their inner state, and better understand their role as men, leaders, and members of a community.
his training course is designed for men aged 21 and above who are ready to explore a new understanding of what it means to be a man in the 21st century and are willing to act upon this understanding.
Participants should be open to intensive outdoor experiences, personal reflection, and group processes. The program requires a high level of involvement and dedication and is suitable for those who are willing to engage in physical and psychological challenges in a nature-based learning environment.
