- Promote solidarity and mutual support among LGBTQIA+ youth and their allies.
- Raise awareness about the challenges and discrimination faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.

• Youth worker, youth leader, mentor, NGO staff, educator, facilitator, project manager, who work with
LGBTQIA+/queer youth daily or in your project activities thus you have the basic knowledge and skills for
working with the target group and you understand the basic queer related terminology.
• Above 18+ years old
• Part of the LGBTQIA+/queer community, an ally or/and interested to expand your competencies in the
topics of this study visit
• Highly motivated and committed for taking part in all the phases and main activities
• Ready to participate in an intercultural environment and inspired to challenge yourself, and work on your
personal and professional development, so to inspire in return your target groups
• Able to work and communicate in simple English
