Promote Well-being: Foster the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of queer/LGBTQIA+ and allies youth through holistic approaches, including mindfulness, self-care practices, and community support.
Community Building: Strengthen community bonds by creating a safe, inclusive space where participants can share experiences, support one another, and build lasting relationships.
Nature Connection: Encourage participants to reconnect with nature through outdoor activities, environmental awareness, and sustainable living practices in the eco-community of Hopeland.
Personal Growth: Facilitate personal development by providing opportunities for self-reflection, skill-building, and creative expression.
Activism Respite: Offer a respite from the demands of activism, allowing participants to recharge, gain new perspectives, and return to their communities with renewed energy and insight.

Age Group: Youth aged 18-30 years.
Identity: Individuals who identify as queer/LGBTQIA+ and allies.
Background: Participants involved in activism, community work, or those seeking a supportive environment for personal and communal growth.
Geographic Scope: Open to participants from across Europe, with a special emphasis on inclusivity and diversity.
Commitment: Individuals committed to engaging in the full duration of the retreat, actively participating in activities, and contributing to a positive group dynamic.
Interest Areas: Those interested in physical, emotional, and mental well-being, community building, outdoor and nature-based activities, and intercultural exchange.
Language: Participants should have a basic understanding of English, as it will be the primary language of communication.
