Week 6 – The hard work continues

This week actually is the last week at Thai Hai village before going back to Hanoi for our last days. But we did many hard work and wonderful things

We started dynamic with many hands-on activities. Firstly, we continued cutting trees in order to improve the landscape ( remember the trees are growing back after 2 to 3 weeks!). Secondly, we took the cutted part to another place of the community to re-plant them in a way that it will be created a natural , green fence from the beautiful trees. Thirdly, we moved to another part of the village to assist in creating a new fence next to the road. A lot of digging and placing poles in the ground with natural way was the process of the fence creating

Finally, a cultural exchange event was occurred at the final day at Thai Hai village to thank and express our gratitude to the community. We cook all together traditional plates of the countries of our participants ( and of course shared them with the village), we danced all together international songs and Vietnamese especially and it was a night full of emotions and gratitude

This week was an intense one with a lot of hard work and emotional goodbyes. We want to express how much grateful we are for Tay community and it’s people
