This Youth Exchange, led by Bfree is an immersive 7-day journey designed for those who seek personal transformation, deeper connection, and meaningful growth. With a combination of powerful experiential learning methods such as Embodiment, Coaching & Basic Synergy, this experience is shaped to be an engaging and transformative journey that will change your game!

During this project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Discover tools and practices that help you better understand yourself, your patterns, and your potential.
✅ Learn to listen to your body and reconnect with it as a source of wisdom, awareness, and resilience.
✅ Gain practical techniques to support your emotional well-being and personal development.

• age 18-30
• active within your organization and/or local community
• able to work in fluent English
• motivated to create learning opportunities for yourself and others
• open-minded, open-hearted, dedicated, comfortable sharing insights with others
• ready to fully participate in all project phases (prep + LE + follow-up)
• resident of one of these countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Portugal
