The Wheel of Impact | Reaching our final milestone

📣 The wheel is making a full circle and our project is coming to an end!
🎡 Wheel of Impact is a 24 month project aiming at enhancing knowledge and awareness on project management among organizations, youth workers and NGOs and creating a tool to measure their strengths and impact.
📍 The milestones of our journey:
✨ Executed a desk research to identify the important areas within organizations that contribute to their operational sustainability
✨ Created a beta version of a tool that helps measure these areas, to promote organizational development
✨ Implemented a wide research, involving organizations and workers across Greece, Bulgaria and Italy
✨ Held a training course in Lecce, Italy to support youth workers, NGOs and informal groups develop their personal and professional skills by testing the Wheel together
📒 The next steps on our agenda are:
🛠️ Finalizing and launching the latest version of our digital tool
📑 Making an online campaign to share with you our findings and help you understand the “behind the scenes of NGOs and how they function.
