The Caravan | Small-scale partnerships in adult education for inclusion through performing arts 
(Erasmus+ KA2)
Our First Transnational Project Meeting took place recently in Extremadura, Spain!
“The Caravan” aims at fostering seniors’ (+70 years old) learning and participation in the democratic life throough performative arts in public spaces.
During this meeting, we achieved the following milestones:
We gathered ideas and materials for engaging activities and sessions to be implemented with the target groups, ensuring impactful experiences and active participation. We developed a promotional and dissemination strategy that utilizes online platforms, social media, local media outlets, and collaborations to increase awareness and share the project’s goals effectively.
What’s next?
We plan to develop a guide and tools for a traveling Caravan, engaging 5 seniors from each partner country in performances and non-formal activities promoting social values. Conducting staff training to exchange expertise and develop our capacity for the successful and impactful implementation of the Caravan.
