Don’t Worry Be You
Partnership for Fostering Youth & Community Wellbeing 🧘🏾 (Erasmus+ KA2)
🌤️ The project’s goal is to create and offer tools to youth and youth workers, so they can deal with the negative effects on their well-being during the COVID-19 pandemic.
It’s following the LEMC model: Learning, Embodiment, Mindfulness, Connection.
Here is what we are creating through the Don’t Worry Be You project:
for people working with youth, empowering them to support their mental health in a post-COVID reality. It focuses on the 6 areas of the Wheel of Wellbeing: Mind, Body, Spirit, Planet, Place, People.
9 video tutorials with embodiment exercises for energizing, relaxing, releasing and working with our feelings and thoughts, as well as 1 video on how to create your own tutorial.
based on podcasts, through which you can learn about, practice and apply mindfulness in your everyday life.
As a youth worker, you can also learn how to make your own challenge with your local youth.
The Good Deeds Game
The Good Deeds Game which represents the fourth pillar of the LEMC (C-Connection) learning method is a game through which young people connect with their community through good deeds.
