Day 1 – Landing
🐼 Our panda caretaker training has begun!
🎯 Never Say No To Panda – is a youth mobility during which we will have the chance not only to develop our soft skills, but also to reach our goals and build the right mindset for the next ones. Through it, Roes Cooperativa will share their knowledge on the core life and career competencies needed today (as a panda care-taker and beyond).
💪 We are very excited to provoke our brave caretaker participants to get out of their comfort zones and challenge their own limits through our “Challenge by Choice” Methodology!
🔑 In this method, the focus is not whether the participants accept the challenge or not. It is important that they know that their experience depends on the choice they make (or not).
⛺ Participants from Romania, Greece and Italy came together today in our beloved Ελπιδοχώρι / Hopeland, which will host the project. For the next 8 days we will build together 10 employability skills.
