Day 3 – Next Step
Who thought it was possible to create a shoe brand in only two hours?
Today our training room became a fabulous catwalk for the sustainable shoe creations of our teams. Building up on the previous day, we up-cycled other materials for expressing our vision and crafting our dream shoes. The jury was completely speechless and so we nailed our second #Creativity challenge. 
The day went on with a #Self-awareness and #Communication challenge. There were many nervous moments and impatience when handing out our new CVs to the Panda Eco-Centre HR team, not to mention when preparing our elevator pitches. 
Applying for your dream job is not an easy thing, but we handled it very well and now we are one step closer to becoming incredible panda care-takers. 
The day ended in Greek style, dancing and challenging each other just a bit more – that’s what we came here for after all, right?
