Day 5 – The Quest
“Don’t thank me, just promise me you will do the same for someone else.” 
When we left Hopeland, we were exhilarated! With the sea in our mind, singing and almost jumping towards our goals, we were all craving adventure and a good time.
Outside, things turned out to be a bit more challenging.
The cold, the hunger and the uncertainty sneaked in. Some of us started to lose optimism, things became tense, we became tired. 
But, we were all motivated to go for it, keep our vision in mind, and see what else the experience will bring us. And wow, how much it brought!
So many kilometers walked and many more hitchhiked, so many stories shared and songs sang, so many tears of frustration and laughs from the bottom of our hearts, and so much kindness received. It was humbling.
The stars, the warm sand, the sound of the waves, the hugs, the smiles from all the strangers that helped us without pretending anything in return. These are memories that will remain with us for a lifetime.
We didn’t expect all this when we left for our adventure. But seeing how things turned out and all the crazy and beautiful experiences we had together, we wouldn’t change a single bit of it.
And hey, the quest is not even over yet.
