• Youth worker, educator, trainer, facilitator, or volunteer
• Working with youngsters
• Aged 21 or older
• Citizen or official resident of Romania, Hungary, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Portugal, or Sweden
• Ability to understand and speak simple English
• Motivated to enhance personal and professional abilities
• Willing to collaborate and share knowledge with other European youth workers
• Aware of participation in outdoor programs during winter conditions, including activities like winter expeditions and shelter building
