This Training Course, led by @FoundationOldeVechte will help you develop skills of employing stories for navigating conflicts, crafting narratives that align with your goals, and facilitating personal transformation, fostering learning, growth, and peace in our lives.
During the project, you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Work with inner and interpersonal conflicts,
✅Deal with the energy around them,
✅Transform these emotions into meaningful connections.
•20+ educator, facilitator, trainer, coach, social or youth worker actively involved in youth field,
•Willing to immerse yourself in an intense experience of sharing, connecting, observing, reacting, reflecting and shaping stories,
•Work around suggesting possible evolutions for conflict transformation.
