In this Training Course, led by Impact, we want to create a playful environment that encourages you to explore and experiment, play with different facilitation elements and practice developing educational activities.
During the project you will have the opportunity to:
✅Add educational value to your activities,
✅Turn individual activities into a learning programme,
✅Create context-based programs & use nature as a learning context.
• 20-25 years old
• active in your organisation and/or local community
• someone who has already led at least one activity/game for groups
• someone who wants to work with facilitation in a professional context
• someone who wants to learn more about outdoor facilitation and developing educational experiences
• someone who is passionate about games andactivities
• someone who is able to work in English
• someone who is motivated
