Learning opportunities

During the project you will explore ways to:
✅Understand how sport can be a positive educational tool to prevent and fight against discrimination
and social exclusion.
✅Raise awareness about inequality and discrimination caused by stereotypes and gender roles in sport.
✅Provide participants with a series of methods, strategies and techniques related to physical activities and sports that are based on a positive perspective of diversity and are inclusive in nature.

PARTICIPANTS' PROFILE:

• Participants must be legal residents in the country of the sending organization and be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Be interested and motivated by the theme of the project.
• Participants willing to contribute to follow-up and dissemination activities.
• Show interest in living an intercultural experience in a European context and be open to communicating in English.

YOUTH LEADERS PROFILE:

Added requirements for youth leaders:
• Over 25 years old and with previous experience in projects.
• Communication skills, social skills, responsibility and leadership.
• Attend the preparatory visit in Malaga from June 17 to 20 and participate as a group leader during the youth exchange.
• Be willing to guide the participants and support them in the learning process, as well as guarantee that said process takes place in a safe environment.
• Have at least an intermediate level of English.
