The project brings together youth workers\, trainers\, facilitators\, educators\, and professionals working with young people to explore self-worth\, self-acceptance\, and authentic human connection as essential foundations for effective youth work.\n\nThe training offers a safe and supportive learning environment where participants are invited to reflect on the beliefs\, expectations\, and inner critical voices that influence their personal wellbeing and professional practice. Rather than focusing on achieving more or proving themselves\, participants will explore how greater self-awareness\, compassion\, and authenticity can strengthen both their personal lives and their work with young people.\n\nUsing experiential and non-formal learning methods\, the programme combines mindfulness\, self-compassion practices\, bodywork\, embodiment exercises\, authentic communication\, guided reflection\, and group learning experiences. Throughout the training\, participants will deepen their understanding of emotional resilience\, healthy relationships\, and mindful communication while developing practical approaches that can be transferred directly into their youth work practice.\n\nThe course also encourages participants to create environments where young people feel psychologically safe\, accepted\, and empowered to express themselves authentically. By strengthening their own emotional awareness and self-worth\, participants will be better equipped to support others in developing resilience\, confidence\, and meaningful relationships.
