This Youth Exchange, led by Ideen3 is a journey in the heart of the Enchanted Forest designed for those who seek personal growth and adventure. blends real-world exploration by guiding participants through challenges, triumphs, and moments of reflection with the mythical framework of Joseph Campbell's "Hero's Journey."

As a Group Leader in this project you will work to:
✅ Support your group through all project phases.
✅ Provide transformative outdoor experiences.
✅ Facilitate reflection.

• You are aged 20+ years;
• You are experienced in travelling and want to encourage others to start their own journey.
• You are willing and able to participate in all activities (PV & Youth Exchange).
• You are willing to support your national group throughout all phases of the project (Preparation & Youth Exchange & Follow-Up).
• You are from Germany, The Netherlands, Greece, Romania, Italy, France, Bulgaria
• Have a passion for personal development and storytelling.
• Are open to deep interpersonal connections.
• Are excited about facilitating transformative experiences.
• Love the outdoors and embrace the magic of nature!!
• Are comfortable with group dynamics and helping others reflect on their experiences.
