This Training Course, led by Synchro Foundation strives to equip young professionals such as youth workers, educators, coordinators, mentors as well as youth organizations with Theatre of the Oppressed tools, methodologies and new artistic pedagogy skills.

During the project you will have the opportunity to:
✅ Enable your creative potential and create new social change projects.
✅ Increase your self-confidence, critical thinking, and communication skills.
✅ Develop and implement workshops that use forum and image theatre.

• 20+ years old.
• Youth Worker (coordinator, facilitator, educator, mentor, leader).
• Motivated and enthusiastic to learn about the Theatre of the Oppressed methodology and implement it in your work.
• Actively working with marginalized groups who face obstacles in life.
• Have curiosity and interes in how to better support your target group and community.
• You are committed to participating in all the phases of the project: Online Assignments, Training Course, Local phase implementation.
