During the project, you will have the opportunity to:
• Center and discover yourself through body movement and practices in nature
• Recontextualize self-care and mindfulness, away from modern life interpretations
• Develop your own strategies on how to stand, even against the wind
• Learn how to approach these topics in youth work to support young people's wellbeing.
• 18+ youth worker, educator or volunteer involved in youth work
• Interested in learning how to center and nurture your body, your environment, and the people around you
