Be Well, Be You is a learning experience dedicated to the dive within ourselves, and the connections we make with the world. Where does one end, and where does the other begin?
During the project, you will have the opportunity to:
• Center and discover yourself through body movement and practices in nature
• Recontextualize self-care and mindfulness, away from modern life interpretations
• Develop your own strategies on how to stand, even against the wind
• Learn how to approach these topics in youth work to support young people's wellbeing.
• 18+ youth worker, educator or volunteer involved in youth work
• Interested in learning how to center and nurture your body, your environment, and the people around you
