Are you working with youth? Are you curious how you can support their growth through challenges that will help them gain skills required for their employment?
This Training is for everyone working with youth that is looking for how to support youth in acquiring core life and career competencies needed today through challenges and games that have as an aim to get you out of your comfort zone through non formal learning and based on a peer education approach.
During the project, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about the use of Challenges as a learning method Obtain tools to support the youth you are working with Practice them in a supporting learning environment Transmit them to your local communities
