How can we combine different artistic methods? What are we taking with us back home?
Our last day of this staff training started with a last artistic workshop on Butoh dance. After that, we revisited the week’s program, reflecting on the knowledge we’ve gained during our journey and expressing our learnings in a final performance. There we had the chance to merge all the artistic methods we’ve used this week.
And with that, it was the time to close our staff training. In the last session, we collectively reflected on questions about aging and shared what we are taking home. Filled with fresh motivation and ideas, it was time to say goodbye, eagerly looking forward to implementing the new knowledge.
These are the chronicles of “The Caravan” Staff Training, and we will be sharing stories and posts with you for the next 4 days.
