Are you ready to discover the tools to reconnect with your inner child and overcome the mental barriers holding you back? Well, fret no more, our friends!
Through this local workshop, we’ll work with the tools to come face to face with those inner emotions and reconnect with our inner resources, voice, and bring it to the present. It’s time to get groovy with yourself and embrace your true, unique self, through activities where you will:
Come closer to your inner child, regardless of who or what that child may be. Experiment with creative writing and how can your life story can be told Express your story through voice and body movement Reflect on your life experiences and reshape them as stories of self-empowerment

This activity is implemented within the scope of ‘Don’t Worry Be You”, an Erasmus + KA2 project with the aim to promote mental health and well-being in young people. This local workshop aims to support this objective by providing tools and techniques to help participants deal with their emotions and improve their mental health.
