ChatJOB | Ready to Launch!

🖥️ ChatJOB is an innovative 21-month project and result of our diligent work and passion for technology and digital transformation. Through new technologies such as AI tools, we aim to equip young people with the skills needed to increase their employability, as well as provide them with career guidance to help them choose the professional path of their dreams.
For the past two months, we have been working “behind the scenes”, and just before it officially launches, we have come together with our partner to set the foundations and agendas. This was done during an online session where we:
📌 Prepared the outline of a holistic research aiming at uncovering the most pressing needs and obstacles youth faces when choosing career paths. This research will include a desk research and online surveys, so keep an eye out if you want to take part in them!
📌 Discussed the development of our AI-powered Chatbot, a tool that provides tailor-made and real-time information and education on digital skill development, career guidance and professional development.
📌 Established our communication strategy, not only for internal communication but also among our social media, keeping you in the loop about the project as it runs.
📌 Created a detailed timetable of our planned activities, ensuring that the project is delivered in a timely and quality manner.
📌 Prepared for our in situ Kick-off Meeting in Amsterdam where the project logistics will be discussed in-depth.
